Rapid Improvement Event Workshop

3-5 days

This 3-5 day instructor lead workshop, involves leveraging small teams of SME's devoting 100% of their time over three to five days to analyzing and improving a narrowly defined targeted issue or process. Rapid improvement events are used to augment, not replace, daily continuous improvement.
