A Use Case is the justification for initiating or undertaking a project or task. Use Cases evaluate the benefits of a solution to a defined problem as well as the benefits and cost in both budget and manpower for various possible solutions. The EDA team receives and processes Army-wide problem statements and effectively employs Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning techniques and methods to propose and operationalize data solutions. The EDA team helps convert ideas into data science problems and strives for solutions that minimize cost and maximize Return on Investment.
